Thomas J. Dluski

Tom is a long-time resident of the Peoria area. He focuses his practice on civil litigation claims as well as criminal defense.  His civil litigation claims including personal injury, insurance coverage, premises liability, property damage, evictions and commercial litigation. Tom’s criminal defense cases, include all criminal, DUI and traffic, as well as overweight citations. Tom gradated from Illinois State University with an Accounting Bachelor of Science degree and he received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso School of Law in 2000.  Prior to joining Dluski & Smith, Tom worked at the Peoria County State’s Attorney and spent over 20-years working for a large downstate law firm where he provided insurance defense to clients throughout the State of Illinois.
